Instruktioner
- 1Stil 5 spillere op: 3 i nederste række (10, 20, 30 m) og 2 i øverste (15, 25 m).
- 2Bolden starter i nederste venstre hjørne.
- 3Spil diagonalt op og derefter på tværs, så mønsteret bliver et 8-tal.
- 4Efter aflevering løber du videre til næste plads, så flowet holdes.
- 5Tag 4-5 gennemløb, cirka 4 minutter i alt.
Fokuspunkter
- Time your run so you arrive at the receiving point as the ball arrives — not before or after
- Diagonal passes must be flat and precise — arcing passes disrupt the timing
- Move forward after passing — static players break the figure-eight shape
- Keep the pattern tight: wide loops lose the coordination challenge
- Increase speed after 2-3 successful cycles to raise the warm-up intensity
