Instructions
- 1Set up 5 players: 3 in bottom row (10, 20, 30m), 2 in top row (15, 25m)
- 2Ball starts at bottom-left corner
- 3Pass diagonally up, then across to create figure-8 running pattern
- 4Each player moves forward after passing to maintain flow
- 5Complete 4-5 cycles, approximately 4 minutes total
Coaching Points
- Time your run so you arrive at the receiving point as the ball arrives — not before or after
- Diagonal passes must be flat and precise — arcing passes disrupt the timing
- Move forward after passing — static players break the figure-eight shape
- Keep the pattern tight: wide loops lose the coordination challenge
- Increase speed after 2-3 successful cycles to raise the warm-up intensity
