  2. 2Målmanden går efter bolden, men den simuleres forbi.
  3. 3Målmanden skal hurtigt op fra gulvet igen.
  4. 4Kom tilbage i midten og ind i klar position med det samme.
  5. 5S2 skyder direkte efter, højt fra modsatte side.
  6. 6Målmanden når over og tager redningen.

Fokuspunkter

  • Push off the ground with both hands simultaneously — a one-arm push-up is slower and leaves you off-balance
  • Do not watch the ball to see if it went in — use that time to stand up and reset to center
  • Snap the eyes immediately to S2 the moment you reach standing position; looking at the ground costs precious time
  • Maintain composure after the miss — the second save is exactly as important as the first one
  • On the second shot, let the ground give you feedback on your footwork — heavy landing means your stance was too narrow

Typiske fejl

  • Using a slow one-arm push-up to recover instead of explosive two-hand push off
  • Watching the ball after the first save to see if it went in, wasting recovery time
  • Getting up and then looking for S2 instead of finding S2 while standing
  • Losing composure after missing the first save, mentally giving up on the second
  • Recovery stance is too narrow, making the second save nearly impossible
