Information We Collect

Handball Tracker is owned and operated by Manoga (CVR DK39733730), Kræmmergade 13, 9240 Nibe, Denmark. We collect information you provide directly to us and information collected automatically when you use Handball Tracker:

• Account information (email, name) when you register
• Team, player, and roster details you enter
• Match data, statistics, and notes you create within the app
• Billing and subscription information (processed by Stripe; we do not store full payment card details)
• Support requests and communications you send us
• Device, browser, and usage data (such as IP address, pages viewed, and error logs)

How We Use Information

We use your information to provide the service, keep the app secure, support customers, process subscriptions, and improve reliability and performance.

Legal Bases for Processing (EEA/UK)

Where GDPR applies, we process personal data based on: performance of a contract (to provide the service), legitimate interests (to keep the service secure and improve it), consent (for optional communications), and legal obligations (such as accounting and tax rules).

Roles and Responsibilities

Manoga is the data controller for account, billing, and support data. For team, player, and match data you upload, you act as the controller and Manoga acts as the processor to provide the service.

How We Store Your Data

Your match data is stored locally on your device. If you enable cloud sync, data is stored securely with our infrastructure providers.

Data Retention

We keep your account data while your account is active. If you request deletion, we remove your data from active systems and backups within a reasonable timeframe. Billing records are retained as required by Danish law.

Security

We use technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including access controls and encryption in transit. No system is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Information Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with trusted service providers needed to operate the app (such as hosting, authentication, payments, and security). Your match data remains private and is only accessible by you and team members you explicitly invite.

Service Providers

We use trusted service providers to deliver Handball Tracker:

• Supabase (database, authentication, storage)
• Vercel (hosting and deployment)
• Stripe (payments and subscriptions)
• Google (OAuth sign-in)

International Data Transfers

Our service providers may process data outside the EU/EEA. Where applicable, we rely on standard contractual clauses and other safeguards to protect your data.

Cookies

We use essential cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, and protect the service. We do not use advertising cookies.

Communications

We may send you service-related emails such as account confirmations, security notices, billing information, and product updates. You can opt out of non-essential communications at any time.

Children and Player Data

Handball Tracker is not intended for children under 13. If you upload player data about minors, you are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary permissions and legal basis to do so.

Your Responsibilities When Uploading Data

You are responsible for ensuring that any personal data you upload is accurate, lawful, and shared with appropriate permissions. You can edit or delete data in the app or contact us for assistance.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If changes are significant, we will notify you through the app or by email.
