Acceptance of Terms

Handball Tracker is owned and operated by Manoga (CVR DK39733730), Kræmmergade 13, 9240 Nibe, Denmark. By accessing and using Handball Tracker, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable Danish laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our service.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the service. If you are using Handball Tracker on behalf of a club, school, or organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization to these terms.

Privacy Policy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect personal data. By using the service, you agree to our Privacy Policy.

Account Responsibilities

When you create an account, you agree to:

• Keep your password secure and confidential
• Take responsibility for all activity under your account

Acceptable Use

You agree to use Handball Tracker only for:

• Lawful purposes related to handball statistics tracking
• Not attempting to abuse, hack, or disrupt the service
• Respecting other users and their data

Your Data

You retain ownership of all match data, team information, and statistics you create. We claim no intellectual property rights over your content. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload personal data about players and staff. You can request an export or deletion of your data by contacting us.

Billing and Subscriptions

Paid plans are processed by Stripe and renew automatically unless you cancel. By subscribing, you authorize Stripe to charge your payment method for recurring fees, taxes, and any price increases after notice. A free tier may be available. You can cancel at any time, but cancellation stops future renewals and does not refund prior charges. We may suspend or downgrade accounts for failed payments or suspected fraud.

Fees and Refunds

Fees are charged in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law. If you dispute a charge, please contact us before initiating a chargeback. Excessive chargebacks may result in account suspension.

Third-Party Services

The service integrates with third-party providers such as Supabase, Stripe, Vercel, and Google OAuth. Your use of those services may be subject to their own terms and policies.

Service Availability

We aim to keep Handball Tracker available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect availability.

Intellectual Property

Handball Tracker, its software, and all related content are owned by Manoga and its licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the service for its intended purpose. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer the service.

Your Content

You own the content you upload. You grant us a limited license to host, process, transmit, and display your content solely to provide the service to you and your team. You represent that you have all necessary rights to the content and that it does not violate any laws or third-party rights.

Feedback

If you provide feedback or suggestions, we may use them without restriction or obligation to you, and you grant us permission to do so.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account if you violate these terms. You may request account deletion at any time by contacting us.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that data will be preserved without loss.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Manoga will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, or any loss of data, profits, revenue, goodwill, or business opportunities. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid to use the service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, or EUR 100 if you have not paid anything.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Manoga harmless from claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of the service, your content, or your violation of these terms.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the app. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises, please contact us first so we can try to resolve it informally. If we cannot resolve it, the dispute will be handled under Danish law and the courts of Denmark.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Denmark. Any disputes will be handled by the courts of Denmark.
