Fokuspunkter

  • Breathe out on every release and in on every catch — match your breathing to the ball
  • Keep shoulders loose; consciously drop them away from your ears between passes
  • Use this time to talk quietly with teammates — build connection while the heart rate drops
  • Accuracy still matters even at low speed — soft passes into the hands, not the body

Typiske fejl

  • Passing too hard out of habit, keeping the heart rate elevated instead of recovering
  • Holding breath or breathing erratically instead of matching breathing to the pass rhythm
  • Tensing the shoulders between passes instead of consciously relaxing them
  • Zoning out and losing focus on pass accuracy during the cooldown
