Fokuspunkter
- Drive off both legs simultaneously for maximum vertical height — a one-foot push-off loses elevation
- Release the ball at the absolute peak of the jump, not on the way up or on the way down
- Keep the core tight through the jump and release; a relaxed torso reduces throwing power and accuracy
- Absorb the landing with bent knees — stiff-legged landings are an injury risk on repeated reps
- The throwing arm should be loaded and ready before the jump — do not start loading in the air
