  • Drive the hip through first — power comes from rotation, not the arm
  • Plant your feet wide before shooting to create a stable base for the rotation

  • Aim low corner — the rising trajectory will carry it past the GK's late reaction
  • Use this when defender's arms are up, not as a last resort

Typiske fejl

  • Raising the ball above hip height during the wind-up, negating the hip shot advantage

  • Aiming too high — the rising trajectory already lifts the ball, so aim low
