Fokuspunkter

• PV seals with the hip and backside, not the arms — pushing with arms is a foul
• Make contact with the defender before the pass arrives, not while trying to catch
• WL must attack the goal line aggressively to pull D-WL away from helping on PV
• After the seal cut back sharply — a slow curl lets the defender recover position
• Catch and finish in one motion; holding the ball invites help defense from D-WL
