1. 1CB starter med aflevering til HB
2. 2VF holder bredde og binder sin forsvarer
3. 3HB spiller videre til VB for at flytte blokken
4. 4VB går op i banen og truer mål
5. 5Når forsvaret forskyder, tager VF sit sene indløb
6. 6VB spiller bolden i rette øjeblik til VF
7. 7VF afslutter fra fri vinkel på fløjen
8. 8Vær tålmodig, og slå til på det rigtige tidspunkt

Fokuspunkter

• LW: stay still and patient — moving too early alerts the defense and closes the gap
• Watch the defender's eyes and weight shift, not the ball, to time the attack
• LB: deliver the pass at the exact moment the LW begins the cut — not before
• LW: attack the 6m line at full speed as soon as the defender commits to the ball side
• Trust the system — the delayed timing only works if all players hold their roles
