Instructions

1. 1Call out play type: "Spread" or "Stack"
2. 2P1 initiates with verbal call to lineup
3. 3Execute 3-ball rotation with clear passes
4. 4Call "Switch" for direction changes
5. 5Create high-low motion with calls
6. 6Advanced players call out defense names
7. 7Finish with controlled shot

Coaching Points

• Call the play name before initiating — teammates must hear it first
• Switch calls must be immediate — delay gives offense an advantage
• Use short, standard words: 'cut', 'screen', 'switch' — not full sentences
• Keep ball movement matching the called play — don't freelance mid-sequence
• Finish with a controlled shot — the play is only complete when the ball hits the net
