Instructions

1. 1Goalie pulled: 7 attackers vs 6 defenders
2. 2CB quickly feeds extra attacker (XA) in wing position
3. 3XA initiates rapid 3-pass sequence: XA → LB → LW
4. 4LW passes to PV moving into high position
5. 5PV immediately feeds RB cutting to goal line
6. 6RB shoots before defense can collapse
7. 7Total execution time: 2.5-3 seconds maximum
8. 8Key: Keep ball moving, avoid dribbling

Coaching Points

• Ball must move every second — dribbling kills the 7v6 time advantage
• Extra attacker positions on the far wing to stretch the defense maximally
• Every pass should be made in under one second — practice the release speed
• PV receives and delivers in one touch — no pausing in high-traffic positions
• RB shoots the instant the goal-line position opens — hesitation costs the numerical edge
