Instructions
- 1XA sprints to the upper wing position as CB holds the ball at center
- 2CB passes to XA who has arrived on the upper left side
- 3XA quickly relays the ball to LB pushing forward on the left
- 4LB delivers the ball wide to LW advancing on the upper wing
- 5LW passes to PV moving into the high pivot position near goal
- 6PV feeds RB cutting down to the lower goal line for a quick jump shot
Coaching Points
- Ball must move every second — dribbling kills the 7v6 time advantage
- Extra attacker positions on the far wing to stretch the defense maximally
- Every pass should be made in under one second — practice the release speed
- PV receives and delivers in one touch — no pausing in high-traffic positions
- RB shoots the instant the goal-line position opens — hesitation costs the numerical edge
Common Mistakes
- Players dribble instead of passing, wasting the 7v6 time advantage
- The extra attacker positions too close to existing players instead of stretching the defense
- Passes take longer than one second, allowing the defense to recover
- PV holds the ball instead of delivering a one-touch pass
- Players are hesitant to shoot at the empty net from distance, looking for the perfect shot
