Instructions
- 1CB passes to PV in pivot position
- 2PV receives ball while being actively defended
- 3Execute full 360-degree spin using pivot foot as anchor
- 4Maintain ball control and body position during spin
- 5Create shooting angle by moving sideways after spin
- 6Shoot with elevated trajectory over defender
Coaching Points
- Plant the pivot foot firmly before initiating the spin — a sliding foot gives an offensive foul
- Keep the ball close to the body throughout the spin, never extended where it can be stripped
- Drive the inside shoulder down to generate rotation speed through the defender
- Eyes find the goal corner at the top of the spin, before the feet complete the turn
- Release high and over the outstretched arm — a flat shot will be blocked
