Instructions
- 1Screener sets flat screen at defender level
- 2Ball handler cuts around screen
- 3Screener rolls to goal
- 4Pass to rolling screener
- 5Screener finishes with shot
Coaching Points
- Screener plants feet at defender-level before ball handler arrives — no late screens
- Ball handler makes the cut sharp and close to the screen — wide cuts give defenders recovery time
- Screener begins the roll the moment the ball handler's hip clears
- Pass to the rolling screener must be delivered in front of their body, not behind
- If the screener is not open on the roll, ball handler continues to goal
