Instructions

  1. 1Throw-in taken from sideline by outfield player
  2. 2Thrower inbounds to CB in top position
  3. 3LB and PV immediately create movement to create spacing
  4. 4CB distributes to LB moving toward goal
  5. 5LB feeds PV in middle position
  6. 6PV quick-passes to RB cutting to goal line
  7. 7RB shoots immediately on available angle
  8. 8Total time: 2-3 seconds from throw-in to shot
  9. 9Defense is disorganized after throw-in: exploit this

Coaching Points

  • Thrower inbounds quickly before the defense is set — speed is the primary weapon
  • CB must be available the instant the throw-in is called — do not drift
  • LB and PV move simultaneously to create two passing options immediately
  • Every player must know the sequence in advance — no mid-play communication needed
  • RB shoots the instant the goal-line position is available — delay loses the disorganization advantage
