Instructions
- 1After timeout, team has 60 seconds to mentally reset
- 2Calmly execute predetermined play pattern
- 3CB holds ball momentarily while team rotates
- 4LW and PV move simultaneously to create triangle
- 5Sequence: CB → LW → PV → RB → SHOOT
- 6Focus on execution confidence not rushing
- 7RB shoots on first open opportunity
- 8Goal: Score within 30 seconds of timeout resumption
- 9Regain possession advantage and momentum
Coaching Points
- Mental reset is the goal of the timeout — arrive at the restart calm and clear
- The pre-planned sequence must be executed exactly as rehearsed — trust the preparation
- CB holds the ball deliberately at the start — do not rush the initial setup
- RB shoots on the first genuine opening — waiting for a better chance rarely produces one
- Regaining momentum requires composure: controlled aggression, not panic
