Instruktioner

  1. 1Start i en klar 5-1-opstilling.
  2. 2Når bolden flyttes, holder vi vores 5-1-principper.
  3. 3Den forreste følger bolden og lægger pres.
  4. 4De fem bagved roterer og lukker huller.
  5. 5Den dybe spiller sikrer sidste linje.
  6. 6Hvert skift skal være på plads inden for 0,4 sekunder.

Fokuspunkter

  • The front pivot defender must track the ball carrier tightly without chasing — maintain defensive stance
  • When the ball moves across court, the pivot shifts laterally to stay between ball and goal
  • Back four: when a wing defender commits, the nearest back defender slides to cover the vacated lane
  • Sweeper: call the shifts — you have the best view of the whole formation from behind
  • Reset to your base 5-1 positions the moment the ball is slowed or held up

Typiske fejl

  • Pivot defender chasing the ball handler too aggressively and getting beaten on a pass
  • Back defenders failing to slide and fill when the wing defender steps out
  • Sweeper moving up to help without the back four providing adequate coverage
  • Not resetting to base 5-1 positions when ball circulation slows down
  • Pivot defender losing track of the ball carrier during cross-court ball movement
