Instructions
- 1Arrange wings (LW, RW) at the side, pivot center, backcourt at 9m line
- 2LW passes to Pivot, then moves deeper
- 3Pivot passes to RW
- 4RW back-passes to Backcourt Right
- 5Backcourt Right back-passes to Pivot
- 6Pivot passes to Backcourt Left
- 7Backcourt Left passes back to LW
- 8Emphasize quick pivots and crisp back-passes
- 9Rotate positions after 2-3 cycles
Coaching Points
- Pivot: face the ball before receiving so you can redirect immediately without turning
- Back-passes must be accurate to the strong hand — a lazy back-pass forces a difficult reception
- LW and RW: hold your position until the ball enters the backcourt, then time your next movement
- Keep the back-pass low and firm; lofted back-passes are slow and easy to intercept
- Every player should know the full sequence, not just their own role
