Coaching Points

• Block out the noise — narrow your focus to the target corner only
• Execute your routine exactly as in practice, pressure changes nothing
• Don't look at the defenders; fix your gaze on the goal corner
• Keep your shoulders square and arm action compact under tight pressure
• Breathe out before the throw — a tight chest produces a tight throw
