Instruktioner

  1. 1Stil op i 3-2-1: tre fremme, to bagved og en dyb.
  2. 2De forreste går direkte i pres på boldholderen.
  3. 3De to bagspillere støtter og lukker mellemrummene.
  4. 4Den dybe spiller sikrer bagrummet som sidste mand.
  5. 5Flyt hele kæden, når bolden skifter side.
  6. 6Hold cirka 1,5 meter mellem forsvarerne.
  7. 7Tal sammen hele tiden om skift og opgaver.
  8. 8Tryk op på bolden inden for 0,1-0,2 sekunder.
  9. 9Skift tempo mellem højt pres og samlet blok.

Fokuspunkter

  • Call out 'ball side' or 'weak side' continuously so the whole formation knows where to shift
  • Front three: pressure the ball carrier but never all three chase — one presses, two contain
  • Mid-fielders: when a front defender commits to a trap, you fill the vacated lane immediately
  • Sweeper: never move forward until the mid-fielders have dropped to cover; you are the last line
  • Formation shifts must be simultaneous — one late mover creates a gap the whole unit suffers for

Typiske fejl

  • All three front defenders chasing the ball carrier, leaving gaps in the formation
  • Mid-fielders being slow to fill when the front defender commits to the trap
  • Sweeper pushing forward too early, leaving the deep zone completely exposed
  • No verbal communication during shifts, causing confusion about assignments
  • Maintaining rigid positions instead of shifting as a connected unit
