Instructions

  1. 1Form a circle with 4 players on perimeter, 1 in center
  2. 2Center player (P5) acts as a hub but does not touch ball
  3. 3Pass around the circle clockwise continuously
  4. 4Maintain ball control and crisp passes
  5. 5Continue for 2 minutes, then switch direction counter-clockwise

Coaching Points

  • Catch, set, release in one smooth motion — no fumbling or re-gripping
  • Maintain consistent spacing around the circle — do not drift closer on each pass
  • Eyes up to the next receiver before the ball leaves your hand
  • Build rhythm first clockwise, then challenge the team counter-clockwise
  • Center player keeps low and ready — tracking all passes develops awareness
