Four players in a line jog forward while passing the ball ahead in sequence. Develops coordinated movement with the ball and builds aerobic intensity gradually.

Instructions

  1. 1Arrange 4 players in a line 10m apart
  2. 2Pass forward while jogging in the same direction
  3. 3After passing, sprint to catch up and form a new line ahead
  4. 4Continue for 3-4 minutes at controlled pace
  5. 5Focus on accurate passing and smooth transitions

Coaching Points

  • Keep the jogging pace steady — this is a warm-up, not a race
  • Pass while moving — do not stop your feet to deliver the ball
  • After passing, accelerate to reform the line ahead quickly
  • Call the receiver's name before releasing the pass
  • Focus on smooth transitions between jog and sprint phases
