Instructions
- 1Form a triangle with 3 players spaced 10m apart
- 2All players perform arm circles and leg swings simultaneously
- 3Rotate positions clockwise while maintaining stretches
- 4Pass the ball after completing movement to new position
- 5Execute 3 complete rotations, 30 seconds per rotation
Coaching Points
- Keep all stretches dynamic — no static holds during movement
- Control the range of motion on arm circles and leg swings — quality over speed
- Pass the ball cleanly after completing the movement, not during
- Rotate positions with a deliberate jog — arrive ready to stretch immediately
- Breathe steadily throughout — exhale on each swing or circle
