Instructions

  1. 1Three players form a triangle and begin dynamic stretches in place
  2. 2Player 1 passes to Player 2 then jogs to the bottom position
  3. 3Player 2 performs a stretch, then passes to Player 3
  4. 4Player 2 rotates to the top-left position after passing
  5. 5Player 3 passes to Player 1 and rotates to complete the cycle

Coaching Points

  • Keep all stretches dynamic — no static holds during movement
  • Control the range of motion on arm circles and leg swings — quality over speed
  • Pass the ball cleanly after completing the movement, not during
  • Rotate positions with a deliberate jog — arrive ready to stretch immediately
  • Breathe steadily throughout — exhale on each swing or circle

Common Mistakes

  • Players perform static holds instead of dynamic stretches
  • Range of motion is too small — players barely move through the stretch
  • Rushing through stretches to get to the ball passing part
  • Players lose the triangle shape by drifting too close together
  • Forgetting to stretch both sides equally
