Instructions
- 1P1 passes clockwise to P2 and moves toward center after releasing
- 2P2 receives with high hands and passes to P3, then rotates inward
- 3Sequence flows continuously: P3 to P4, P4 to P5, each moving after passing
- 4P5 passes to P6, who completes the circle by passing back to P1
- 5Each passer shuffles to center then back to maintain circle spacing
Coaching Points
- Pass to where the receiver is moving, not where they are standing
- Stay active on your feet after passing — flat-footed players slow the whole circle
- Receive with two hands and make immediate eye contact with the next target
- Keep the circle shape; crowding inward collapses the spacing and passing angles
- Reverse direction every 3-4 cycles to develop both hands equally
Common Mistakes
- Passing to where the receiver is standing instead of leading them into space
- Standing flat-footed after passing, slowing down the circle rotation
- Drifting inward and collapsing the circle shape, reducing passing distance
- One-handed catching, causing fumbles and dropped balls
- Only passing in one direction, neglecting the weaker hand development
