Instructions
- 1Arrange 6 players in a circle, 4-5 meters apart
- 2Player 1 starts with the ball and passes to P2
- 3After passing, the passer moves toward the center, then rotates outward to maintain circle
- 4Continue passing in sequence: P1→P2→P3→P4→P5→P6→P1
- 5Emphasize clean hand-off positioning and receiving with high hands
- 6Perform 3-4 rotations, then reverse direction
Coaching Points
- Pass to where the receiver is moving, not where they are standing
- Stay active on your feet after passing — flat-footed players slow the whole circle
- Receive with two hands and make immediate eye contact with the next target
- Keep the circle shape; crowding inward collapses the spacing and passing angles
- Reverse direction every 3-4 cycles to develop both hands equally
