Instructions

  1. 1Create numerical advantage by moving all available players forward
  2. 25 attackers vs 2 defenders = decisive advantage
  3. 3Quick ball movement forces defenders to make mistakes
  4. 4First pass should go to fastest wing player
  5. 5Keep ball moving - do not hold in numbers advantage
  6. 6Pass to player with most space (defender cannot cover all)
  7. 7Final shot should be uncontested (3v2 or 4v2 area)
  8. 8If shot attempt misses, S1 and secondary players rebound
  9. 9Attack mentality: outnumber always converts to easy basket
  10. 10Execute in 3-4 seconds maximum before defensive help arrives

Coaching Points

  • Move the ball to the side where the defender is NOT — force them to chase
  • Maximum three passes before the shot; more passes let the defense recover
  • One defender cannot guard two attackers — identify which one is open and commit
  • The final shot must come from inside the 9m line when you have this advantage
  • Finish within four seconds — every second you wait, defensive help closes the gap
