Instructions
- 1Create numerical advantage by moving all available players forward
- 25 attackers vs 2 defenders = decisive advantage
- 3Quick ball movement forces defenders to make mistakes
- 4First pass should go to fastest wing player
- 5Keep ball moving - do not hold in numbers advantage
- 6Pass to player with most space (defender cannot cover all)
- 7Final shot should be uncontested (3v2 or 4v2 area)
- 8If shot attempt misses, S1 and secondary players rebound
- 9Attack mentality: outnumber always converts to easy basket
- 10Execute in 3-4 seconds maximum before defensive help arrives
Coaching Points
- Move the ball to the side where the defender is NOT — force them to chase
- Maximum three passes before the shot; more passes let the defense recover
- One defender cannot guard two attackers — identify which one is open and commit
- The final shot must come from inside the 9m line when you have this advantage
- Finish within four seconds — every second you wait, defensive help closes the gap
