Instructions
- 1P1 passes clockwise to P2 while P4 passes counter-clockwise to P5
- 2P1 moves toward center after passing to maintain the circle shape
- 3P2 continues clockwise to P3 as P5 continues counter-clockwise to P6
- 4P4 moves toward center while both balls keep circulating simultaneously
- 5P3 passes to P4 and P6 passes to P1, completing one full cycle each direction
Coaching Points
- Track both balls simultaneously using peripheral vision — don't fixate on only one
- If you hold both balls momentarily, release the incoming one instantly — no hesitation
- Keep your passes clean and consistent so your teammates can maintain the second rhythm
- Communicate which ball is approaching with a brief call when collision risk is high
- Start slowly and only increase tempo once the pattern is fully automated
Common Mistakes
- Fixating on one ball and losing track of the second ball's position
- Holding both balls when they converge instead of instantly releasing one
- Inconsistent pass weight, causing one circulation to speed up and the other to slow down
- No verbal communication when balls are about to collide at the same player
- Starting at full speed before the dual-ball pattern is established
