Running Pass Triangle
Three players continuously pass in a triangle while all three jog in the same circular direction, combining constant movement with ball delivery into a running teammate. Classic warm-up drill for passing and spatial awareness.

Instructions
- 1Three players form a triangle 10m apart
- 2All three jog in the same clockwise direction
- 3Pass to the player ahead of you in the rotation
- 4Maintain constant jogging pace
- 5After 90 seconds reverse direction counter-clockwise
- 6Complete 4-6 rotations total

- Pass ahead of the receiver — into their run
- Do not slow down to receive
- Keep the triangle shape even while moving
