Instructions
- 1Wave 1 (three players) sprints across the full court together
- 2Wave 2 launches when Wave 1 reaches halfway
- 3Both waves maintain tight formation and equal spacing
- 4Wave 1 returns along the same line after reaching the far side
- 5Increase pace on each successive wave run
Coaching Points
- Keep waves tightly together — no straggling
- Maintain equal spacing between players in each wave
- Look left and right before crossing the court
Common Mistakes
- Waves lose their line — some players sprint ahead while others lag behind
- Players do not maintain equal spacing within their wave
- Starting the next wave too early, causing collisions at mid-court
- Jogging pace drops significantly on return runs
