Wing Fast Break 3v2
A 3v2 fast-break scenario where the center back outlets to the left wing, who advances and crosses to the sprinting right wing for a high-tempo wing shot before the defense can set. Develops transition speed, spacing, and finishing under pressure.

Instructions
- 1CB outlets the ball immediately to LW to trigger the fast break
- 2RW sprints full speed down the right flank to stretch the defense wide
- 3LW advances with the ball, pushing up the left side toward the 6m area
- 4LW fires a cross-court pass to the sprinting RW on the right wing
- 5RW receives in stride at the corner and finishes with a fast standing shot
Coaching Points
- RW: sprint from the moment you see the outlet pass initiated — every second counts in transition
- LW: push the ball forward quickly but keep your head up to read the developing defense
- Deliver the pass to the space ahead of the RW's sprint, not behind them
- RW: attack the 6m line at full speed and shoot before the retreating defenders can set
- If the cross-court pass is blocked, have a secondary option — don't force it
Common Mistakes
- RW starts the sprint too late, arriving at the wing after the defense has already set
- LW holds the ball too long instead of pushing it forward early in the transition
- Cross-court pass is delivered behind the RW, forcing them to slow down or turn back
- RW slows down before receiving, losing the speed advantage over the retreating defense
- Players bunch together in transition instead of maintaining width across the court
