Instructions

  1. 1Players spread out, each with a ball, performing handling drills
  2. 2Move slowly through the zone while rolling the ball between hands
  3. 3Progress to dribbling and finger taps, then return to start positions
  4. 4Player 1 passes to Player 4 to transition into partner work
  5. 5Player 4 returns the ball to Player 2 to continue the exchange

Coaching Points

  • Fingers spread wide for maximum control
  • Keep eyes up even during solo work
  • Encourage players to experiment

Common Mistakes

  • Players look down at the ball the entire time instead of developing feel
  • Using only the dominant hand for all exercises
  • Rushing through drills without focusing on finger control
  • Standing completely still — feet should always be lightly moving
