Individual players perform solo ball-handling exercises — dribbling, finger rolls, and self-passes — to reconnect with the ball at the start of training. Builds hand sensitivity and concentration before group work.

Instructions

  1. 1Each player has a ball and moves freely in their zone
  2. 2Start with simple hand rolls: roll ball between hands
  3. 3Progress to light dribbling on the spot
  4. 4Add finger taps and quick catches
  5. 5Finish with short self-passes by throwing upward and catching
  6. 6Transition into pairs for short passes
