Four players at the corners of a square pass in sequence and then sprint to follow their pass, continuously rotating positions around the box. Combines cardiovascular warm-up with crisp passing and sprint mechanics.

Instructions
- 1Four players stand at the corners of a square formation
- 2P1 passes clockwise to P2 and sprints to take P2's corner
- 3P2 passes to P3 and follows the pass immediately
- 4P3 passes to P4, P4 completes the loop back to P1's corner
- 5Continue the pass-and-follow pattern without stopping
Coaching Points
- Sprint immediately after releasing the pass
- Call the receiver's name before passing
- Catch at the highest point possible
Common Mistakes
- Players pass and then walk to the next position instead of sprinting
- The box shape collapses because players cut corners on their sprint lines
- Passing too softly, causing the ball to arrive late for the next player
- Forgetting to call the receiver's name, leading to dropped passes
