Four players at the corners of a square pass in sequence and then sprint to follow their pass, continuously rotating positions around the box. Combines cardiovascular warm-up with crisp passing and sprint mechanics.

Instructions
- 1Set up a square with 4 cones, one player at each corner
- 2Pass clockwise and sprint to follow your pass
- 3Arriving player takes the position of the one who just left
- 4Maintain pace — do not wait before sprinting
- 5After 2 minutes reverse the direction counter-clockwise
- 6Add a second ball for advanced version
Coaching Points
- Sprint immediately after releasing the pass
- Call the receiver's name before passing
- Catch at the highest point possible
