Instructions
- 1Six players form a large circle and begin arm circles
- 2Transition to leg swings and hip rotations in place
- 3All players start jogging clockwise around the circle
- 4Each player shifts one position forward in the rotation
- 5Hold the new formation and begin the next stretch sequence
Coaching Points
- Keep movements controlled — this is mobility, not ballistic stretching
- Breathe steadily throughout
- Match the energy of the group
Common Mistakes
- Players perform ballistic jerky movements instead of controlled dynamic stretches
- Circle collapses inward as players lose spatial awareness
- Some players barely move through the range of motion
- Rushing through the stretch routine to get to ball work
