Circle Dynamic Stretch

Players stand in a large circle and perform coach-led dynamic stretching exercises including hip rotations, shoulder rolls, and leg swings before moving into jogging. A classic team warm-up for cohesion and mobility.

Instructions

  1. 1Form a large circle spread across the full court
  2. 2Follow the coach through arm circles (10 each direction)
  3. 3Perform standing leg swings (10 each leg)
  4. 4Add hip rotations and trunk twists
  5. 5Begin light jogging in the circle clockwise
  6. 6Increase pace gradually over 2 minutes
