Instructions
- 1Runner 1 sprints diagonally from the corner toward center court
- 2Feeder delivers a pass as the runner reaches the midpoint
- 3Runner catches, returns the ball, and sprints to the opposite corner
- 4Runner 2 starts the diagonal sprint from the next corner
- 5Feeder feeds each runner in sequence through all four corners
Coaching Points
- Eyes up to the feeder the entire sprint
- Catch at full stride if possible
- Pass back quickly — no dribbling
Common Mistakes
- Slowing down before reaching center court to receive the pass
- Taking extra dribbles after the catch instead of passing back immediately
- Running in curved paths instead of true diagonal lines corner to corner
- Feeder timing the pass too early or too late for the runner's stride
