Players jog in place performing high knees while exchanging passes with a partner, combining lower body activation with ball-handling concentration. Ideal mid-warm-up transition before positional drills.

Instructions
- 1Pairs stand 4-5m apart facing each other
- 2Both players perform continuous high knees in place
- 3Exchange passes every 4-5 knee lifts
- 4Keep the high-knee rhythm even when catching
- 5Continue for 45 seconds then switch to butt kicks
- 6Complete 3-4 rounds of 45 seconds each
Coaching Points
- Knees must reach hip height each rep
- Catch and pass without breaking the knee rhythm
- Eyes up — watch the ball, not your feet
