Instructions
- 1Pairs face each other 4-5m apart and begin high knees in place
- 2P1 passes to P2 while both maintain the high-knee rhythm
- 3P2 returns the pass without breaking cadence
- 4Continue rapid exchanges, keeping knees at hip height throughout
- 5Switch to butt kicks for the next round of passing
Coaching Points
- Knees must reach hip height each rep
- Catch and pass without breaking the knee rhythm
- Eyes up — watch the ball, not your feet
Common Mistakes
- Knee height drops below hip level as fatigue sets in
- Players stop the high-knee rhythm when catching or throwing
- Passes become sloppy and inaccurate because focus shifts to the legs
- Flat-footed landing instead of staying on the balls of the feet
