Players gradually increase passing distance from 5m to full-court range to progressively load the shoulder and arm before intensive play. Builds throw strength and trajectory accuracy.

Instructions
- 1Pair up players on opposite sides of the court
- 2Start at 5m and exchange 6-8 passes
- 3Step back to 10m and repeat
- 4Continue to 15m then 20m then full court
- 5Focus on flat fast trajectories at each distance
- 6Come back in to 10m and finish
