Instructions
- 1Players stand at the baseline
- 2Perform continuous walking lunges to the far end
- 3Keep the torso upright and front knee behind the toe
- 4Hold each lunge for 1 second at the bottom
- 5Return with side shuffle steps
- 6Repeat 2-3 lengths
Coaching Points
- Do not let the front knee cave inward
- Keep the back knee just off the floor
