Instructions

  1. 1Players begin with a brief stretch at the baseline
  2. 2Walk forward in continuous lunges across half the court
  3. 3Pause at the midpoint for a brief stretch reset

  5. 5Keep torso upright and hold each lunge briefly at the bottom

Coaching Points

  • Do not let the front knee cave inward
  • Keep the back knee just off the floor
  • Engage the core throughout

Common Mistakes

  • Front knee pushes past the toes, stressing the joint
  • Torso leans forward instead of staying upright
  • Back knee crashes into the floor instead of hovering just above
  • Taking steps that are too short, reducing the stretch on hip flexors
  • Rushing through the lunges instead of holding briefly at the bottom
