Instructions

  1. 1Players stand at the baseline
  2. 2Perform continuous walking lunges to the far end
  3. 3Keep the torso upright and front knee behind the toe
  4. 4Hold each lunge for 1 second at the bottom
  5. 5Return with side shuffle steps
  6. 6Repeat 2-3 lengths

Coaching Points

  • Do not let the front knee cave inward
  • Keep the back knee just off the floor
  • Engage the core throughout
