Instructions

  1. 1Pair up players and line up side by side at the baseline
  2. 2Jog together across the court exchanging passes
  3. 3Keep 3-4m distance between partners at all times
  4. 4Pass every 3-4 running steps
  5. 5Return jogging back after reaching far baseline
  6. 6Complete 4-5 end-to-end runs

Coaching Points

  • Stay at the same jogging pace as your partner
  • Call for the ball before receiving
  • Flat, firm passes — not lobbed
