Instructions
- 1Pairs line up side by side at the baseline, 3-4m apart
- 2Both jog forward together as P1 passes across to P2
- 3P2 returns the pass while both continue jogging forward
- 4Exchange passes every 3-4 steps across the full court
- 5Maintain steady parallel jogging pace throughout
Coaching Points
- Stay at the same jogging pace as your partner
- Call for the ball before receiving
- Flat, firm passes — not lobbed
Common Mistakes
- Partners get out of sync — one jogs faster than the other
- Passing distance grows too wide or shrinks too narrow during the run
- Lobbing the ball instead of throwing flat chest-height passes
- Not calling for the ball, leading to unexpected passes
