Players sprint to a cone, receive a pass, return a pass, and jog back to the queue, training quick ball control after high-intensity running. Simulates receiving a pass during a fast break.

Instructions
- 1Feeder stands at center court with the ball
- 2Players queue on the sideline
- 3First player sprints to the cone at the top of the arc
- 4Feeder passes — player catches and returns immediately
- 5Player jogs back to join the end of the queue
- 6Next player goes as previous player returns
Coaching Points
- Full sprint on approach — do not coast
- Adjust footwork to catch while decelerating
- Return pass before fully stopping
