Instructions
- 1Five players form a star shape with even spacing
- 2P1 skip-passes across to P3 and sprints to P3's position
- 3P3 skip-passes to P5 and follows the ball immediately
- 4P5 passes to P2, P2 passes to P4 continuing the star pattern
- 5Maintain the star shape as each player rotates after passing
Coaching Points
- Know your target before the ball arrives
- Time the sprint so you arrive as the next pass comes in
- Keep passes crisp — flat trajectories
Common Mistakes
- Players forget the passing sequence and pass to the wrong point of the star
- Not sprinting after the pass — walking to the next position breaks the flow
- The star shape distorts as players drift from their assigned points
- Lobbing passes instead of throwing direct flat trajectories
