Instructions

Coaching Points

Common Mistakes

  • Slow reaction to formation calls — hesitating for 2-3 seconds before moving
  • Players always go to the same position in each formation instead of filling gaps
  • No verbal communication between teammates during transitions
  • Spacing becomes uneven with some players bunching and others too far apart
