Instructions

  1. 1Pairs face each other 3-4m apart in two rows
  2. 2Exchange rapid wrist-snap passes back and forth continuously
  3. 3Maintain high frequency with no pause between catches
  4. 4Second pair begins their own wrist-pass exchange simultaneously
  5. 5Alternate to the weak hand after each 30-second burst

Coaching Points

  • Snap the wrist firmly on release
  • Fingers spread on catch to absorb the ball
  • Keep elbow up through the pass

Common Mistakes

  • Using full arm swing instead of isolating the wrist snap
  • Catching with palms facing upward instead of fingers forward
  • Standing flat-footed — feet should be active even when stationary
  • Gripping the ball too tightly which reduces wrist flexibility
