Wrist Passing Warm-Up
Players work in pairs at close range exchanging rapid wrist-snap passes to warm up the shoulders, forearms, and grip. Excellent finger and wrist activation before high-intensity passing drills.

Instructions
- 1Pair up facing each other 3-4 meters apart
- 2Use only wrist and finger snap — no full arm swing
- 3Exchange passes at high frequency for 30 seconds
- 4Gradually increase distance to 5-6 meters
- 5Alternate hands — left arm passing for 30 seconds
- 6Finish with standard overhead passes
Coaching Points
- Snap the wrist firmly on release
- Fingers spread on catch to absorb the ball
- Keep elbow up through the pass
