Instructions
- 1Pairs face each other 3-4m apart in two rows
- 2Exchange rapid wrist-snap passes back and forth continuously
- 3Maintain high frequency with no pause between catches
- 4Second pair begins their own wrist-pass exchange simultaneously
- 5Alternate to the weak hand after each 30-second burst
Coaching Points
- Snap the wrist firmly on release
- Fingers spread on catch to absorb the ball
- Keep elbow up through the pass
Common Mistakes
- Using full arm swing instead of isolating the wrist snap
- Catching with palms facing upward instead of fingers forward
- Standing flat-footed — feet should be active even when stationary
- Gripping the ball too tightly which reduces wrist flexibility
