- 2Sprint diagonally to the opposite sideline
- 3Touch the line and immediately sprint diagonally back
- 4Continue zigzag pattern across the full court length
- 5Maintain acceleration through each direction change
- 6Complete 2-3 full court zigzag runs

- Plant the outside foot firmly before changing direction
